A Daily Lens (“ADL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the A Daily Lens mobile application and our related website at adailylens.com (collectively, the “Services”).
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and support the Services.
The App uses a device identifier to support registration, service reliability, and security. We may also collect basic technical information such as your device platform and App version.
If you enable notifications, the App and our notification service providers, including Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) where applicable, use an app-specific registration identifier or device token to deliver notifications to your device.
These identifiers are used to operate the App and deliver notifications. They are not used by A Daily Lens to track you across other apps, websites, or services.
To provide your daily quote at the time you choose, the App stores settings that you provide, including:
You select your time zone manually. A Daily Lens does not request, access, or track your device's physical or GPS location.
If you contact us through the App or submit a problem report, we collect the information you choose to provide in that request. This may include the subject and description of the problem, follow-up messages, your device platform, and App version.
If you suggest a quote through the App, we collect the quotation, attribution, and any additional information you choose to provide with your submission. We use this information to review and verify suggested quotes, determine whether to include them in the Services, and communicate with you about your submission when appropriate.
If you apply to participate in our beta testing program, we collect your email address and any other information you provide during registration. We use this information to manage beta participation, communicate testing instructions, and provide updates about the beta program.
Beta registration is separate from ordinary use of the App. An email address is not required to use the App.
For ordinary use of the App, A Daily Lens does not require your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. Information you voluntarily submit through support, quote suggestions, or beta registration is described above.

A Daily Lens does not request access to your device's location services, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. The App may request permission to send notifications so that it can deliver your daily quote.
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and make the revised policy available through the App or website.
